This is probably my favorite photo. I was in Philadelphia for a few weeks with my americorps team. There was an non-profit art gallery in Phoenixville that I helped serve drinks at during a fund raisers to paint murals in the city. There was a girl there that i met and the plan was to show me around philly but because that due to time we could go. Instead she brings me to an abandon prison. (the one near the nuculear power plant if you know the area) There were trees growing in though the windows, broken glass, pealing paint, random buts of light coming though holes... one of the coolest places Ive been. In one of the room there was this typewriter on a cracked desk with light streaming though the windows on it.

I took some really bad shots of it.. the one in the middle was totally out of focus but its impossible to make something look bad when you go sepia tone.
